APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, also known as Kerala Technological University (KTU), is a regional university located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Since 2018, the national government has imposed administrative sanctions to set up the headquarters of Kerala Technological University (KTU) in Vilappilshala, on the outskirts of Thiruvananthapuram.
