Animal Kingdom is an amazing Chapter. The variety of life on Earth is just phenomenal. There are many kingdoms, classes, phylums and species in Animalia. All animals belong to Animalia kingdom and can be divided into several groups based on their characteristics like number of limbs, body symmetry, characteristics of the skeleton, etc. These groups are known as phyla. Some animals do possess a lot more complex body structures than others. This means that some make up the Phylum and are Class while others remain as Order or Family or even Species. In this article we have covered all the phyla and classes in Animal Kingdom depending on their characteristics."
Animal Kingdom is a kingdom composed of animal species. Their Kingdom is divided in seven sub-kingdoms. The main ones are; Protozoa, sponges, Cnidaria, Ctenophora, Platyhelminthes, Mollusca and Arthropoda.
